Expression of Interest: Peer Assessors
Western Sydney Micro-Grants Program
We are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced arts and cultural practitioners to serve as peer assessors for the Western Sydney Micro-Grants Program.
This program is one of several new funding initiatives delivered under the Plan for Western Sydney Arts, Culture and Creative Industries 2025–2028 and builds on the ongoing investment of Create NSW in Western Sydney.
Delivered through a partnership between Create NSW and the Western Sydney Arts Alliance, the program will distribute $200,000 in funding to support grassroots arts, culture and creative activity across Western Sydney.

Selected peer assessors will be inducted into the Create NSW SmartyGrants assessment platform and process and will be remunerated in line with Create NSW assessment panel rates.

● Grant round closes: 28 April 2026
● Assessment period: week commencing 4 May 2026

● Name and contact details
● Short CV (maximum 3 pages)
● Brief outline of your experience working in and/or with the Western Sydney arts and cultural sector (max. 150 words)
● Brief outline of any relevant experience in grant assessment or peer review activities (max. 150 words)
