Western Sydney Arts Alliance (WSAA) is the leading advocacy body for arts and culture in Western Sydney, representing a network of more than 40 member organisations. We advocate for the recognition, investment and sustainability of the region’s creative industries while strengthening collaboration, visibility and capacity across the sector.
Western Sydney is one of Australia’s fastest growing and most culturally diverse regions. WSAA plays a critical role in amplifying the voices of artists, cultural workers and organisations, particularly within the small-to-medium sector, and ensuring their perspectives influence policy, funding and public discourse.
About the Role
Western Sydney Arts Alliance (WSAA) is seeking an experienced Executive Officer to lead the implementation of its strategic vision and strengthen the voice of arts and culture across Western Sydney.
Representing a network of more than 40 member organisations, WSAA is the region's leading arts advocacy body, championing greater recognition, investment and opportunities for one of Australia's most diverse and vibrant creative communities.
Working closely with the Management Committee, you will provide strategic leadership to advance advocacy initiatives, foster influential partnerships across government, industry and the cultural sector, work with members and support projects that strengthen the sustainability and impact of Western Sydney's arts and creative industries.
We're seeking a collaborative, strategic leader with experience in the arts, creative industries, not-for-profit or related sectors who is committed to shaping a strong and sustainable future for arts and culture in Western Sydney.
