About Western Sydney Arts Alliance

Western Sydney Arts Alliance (WSAA) is the leading advocacy body for arts and culture in Western Sydney, representing a network of more than 40 member organisations. We advocate for the recognition, investment and sustainability of the region’s creative industries while strengthening collaboration, visibility and capacity across the sector.

Western Sydney is one of Australia’s fastest growing and most culturally diverse regions. WSAA plays a critical role in amplifying the voices of artists, cultural workers and organisations, particularly within the small-to-medium sector, and ensuring their perspectives influence policy, funding and public discourse.

About the Role

The Executive Director provides strategic, operational and creative leadership for WSAA, advancing the organisation’s vision, mission and strategic priorities.
